You are responsible for:

• Large-Scale Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance logistics organization of 150+ FTEs and 3000+ Non-FTEs across the zone.
• End-to-End Operations: Oversee First Mile & Last Mile strategy to ensure superior speed, reach, and cost efficiency compared to market standards.
• Network Design & Roadmap: Design medium-to-long-term roadmaps for infrastructure, including smart hubs and optimized delivery networks.
• Customer & Seller Experience: Champion a culture of "Customer Obsession" to drive NPS and Seller satisfaction, ensuring seamless handshakes and flexible delivery options.
• Vendor & Capacity Management: specific Build and manage 3PL/Outsourced partnerships to ensure scalable, reliable service options during peak volumes.
• Innovation & Cost Optimization: Drive Lean Operations, process innovations, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.

Qualification:

• Education: MBA (Marketing/Operations – Tier I Institute)
• Relevant Experience of 10 to 12 years in Supply Chain Domain
• Experience of managing large teams and delivering high-quality deliverables on time.
• Good understanding of supply chain & logistics business
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
