The Compliance function plays a pivotal role within PayU Digital Labs, serving as the cornerstone for regulatory adherence and risk management. Our compliance team works closely with legal, risk, cyber security, and operations teams to maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance across all business operations. The function is responsible for developing and implementing robust compliance frameworks, conducting regular testing and monitoring activities, and ensuring seamless coordination with regulatory bodies including RBI, NPCI, and major card networks. As PayU Digital expands its technological services to financial institutions, the compliance team ensures that all solutions meet stringent regulatory requirements while supporting business growth objectives.
About The Role We are seeking a P5 Senior Lead - Compliance to join our team in Bengaluru. This critical position will serve as the key compliance stakeholder responsible for handling comprehensive Compliance Testing and Monitoring of technological services provided by PayU Digital. The Compliance Testing and Monitoring Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NPCI, card networks (Rupay, Visa, Mastercard), and other relevant authorities, while managing end-to-end regulatory compliance for our role as a Technology Service Provider.
