Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in the United States. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver engaging, comprehensive training sessions and materials to empower internal teams, customers, and partners with Postman’s tools and features. Day-to-day tasks include creating technical training programs, supporting continuous learning, evaluating training effectiveness, and tailoring content to various audiences. Collaboration with subject matter experts, collecting feedback, and improving course material will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Training and expertise as a Technical Trainer
• Strong skills in Training & Development, including developing and delivering effective instructional programs
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience in presenting, facilitating workshops, and engaging with technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt materials for different learning levels
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education, or Instructional Design) is preferred
• Knowledge of APIs and software development is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
