About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the Paytm for Business App & Merchant Dashboard. Paytm for business apps & dashboards are the control center for our merchants — where they track transactions, reconcile settlements, and manage their business. This role will strengthen the core merchant experience while also driving new initiatives that materially improve merchant trust, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Dashboard

• End-to-end ownership of payments, transactions, settlements, and reporting experiences
• Financial visibility, reconciliation journeys, and business insights
• Engagement, usability, reliability, and feature adoption

2. App Experience

• Seamless visibility of payments and payouts within the app
• Continuous improvement of core merchant workflows

3. Monetization & Revenue Experiences

• Design and scale subscription tiers and premium feature packaging
• In-product discovery, upgrade journeys, and value communication
• Experimentation to improve conversion and revenue outcomes

4. New Merchant Experience Initiatives

• Identify high-impact opportunities across the merchant lifecycle
• Launch 0→1 improvements spanning app and dashboard
• Drive data-led and insight-driven enhancements to improve trust and engagement
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in high-scale B2C products
• Strong consumer product intuition — understands engagement, funnels, and conversion deeply
• Experience working on payments, fintech, SaaS platforms, or transaction-heavy systems is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to balance user experience with commercial outcomes
• Structured thinker with strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of owning complex features end-to-end in cross-functional environments
