Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to own and manage our growing workforce. This role will be responsible for hiring support, people operations, compliance, and ensuring a strong employee experience as the team scales.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations
• Partner with leadership on hiring plans and workforce scaling
• Manage employee relations and act as the primary HR point of contact
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations
• Proven experience supporting fast-growing teams
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws

Salary : 8-10 LPA

You must be able to join in 1-2 weeks

You must be able to provide limited PST coverage via Slack for 1–2 hours per week, up to 11:00 AM PST (not required daily)
