Role - Salesforce Development and Technical Design

Skills

• 5+ years of development & design experience on Salesforce platform

• Strong knowledge and coding skills in Lightning Web Components, modern JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 5.0 /higher version

• At least 1+ years of LWC hands on experience

• Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, JSON

• Basic understanding on DOM and web rendering procedure

• Should have basic knowledge using Salesforce APIs – REST, BULK, METADATA, SOAP etc.

• Should have Platform Developer I certification.

• Experience in Agile Methodology

• Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Salesforce development using Apex Class, Apex Trigger, Test Class, Batch Apex, VS Code, SalesforceDX etc.

• Should have exposure to version control and CI using Bitbucket/GitHub etc. and experience in creating packages to deploy code from sandbox to upper environments and Production

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products

• Architect, design, and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming

• Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration

• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality

• Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, Integrate with third-party applications and other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrity

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides

• Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the system

• Perform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used

• Provide mentorship and supervise development team

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities

• Optimize scheduling and routing functionalities to improve efficiency

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing implementations.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
