Responsibilities:-
Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
Monitoring self performance while also contributing to the performance of the team.
Performing in high pressure driven work environment.
Recognizing opportunities to upsell based on the customer’s needs, preferences, and purchase history.
Establishing a positive rapport with customers to enhance trust and credibility, making them more receptive to upselling suggestions.
Qualifications:-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends, customer preferences, and product offerings is essential.
Individuals should have the resilience to handle rejection professionally and the persistence to pursue upselling opportunities without being discouraged.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to navigate challenges confidently.
Must have a stable job profile.
Should know how to convince a customer to buy courses.
Should be a good listener.
Should have good reasoning as a salesperson. Prior experience in B2C sales is required.
