About The Team The Platform and AI team at Eightfold is responsible for developing and managing core AI algorithms and data sources that provide a competitive edge in the skills and HR technology space. This team is inherently AI-native, focusing on building data-driven products that leverage advanced machine learning techniques. We expect Product Managers to align closely with AI-driven insights and to be adept at conducting data evaluations, both of which are critical to the team's success.
About The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across our AI Platform and AI Governance stack, powering mission-critical capabilities such as match scoring, skills intelligence, and AI interviewing.
This role is ideal for candidates with consulting background who enjoy translating ambiguous business problems into scalable, compliant AI systems. You will operate at the intersection of AI platform strategy, data quality, model governance, and customer impact, partnering closely with engineering, analytics, legal/compliance, and enterprise customers.
You will help shape how AI is built, governed, and trusted—at scale.

Zone A Base annual salary base range: $156,683 to $208,910 + discretionary bonus up to 15% + preIPO equity (stock options).
