The Manager, Global Productivity, plays a key role in strengthening retail operational performance across Levi’s global store network. This role focuses on driving adoption of our labor model, partnering closely with field leaders, and supporting major productivity initiatives—including project‑managing our engagement program in LSE. The ideal candidate brings strong retail operations expertise, is comfortable working directly with stores, and excels at translating field needs into scalable solutions. While some familiarity with workforce management concepts is beneficial, deep technical WFM expertise is not required.
About The Job
- Operational Engagement & Field Partnership
- Serve as a primary liaison between Global Retail Workforce Management and field/store teams, ensuring operational realities and feedback shape productivity initiatives.
- Support stores and regional leaders in understanding, adopting, and operationalizing the global labor model.
- Facilitate structured feedback loops and engagement activities that improve model usability and field buy‑in.
Project Management
- Lead cross‑functional project management, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Retail Training, Product teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Implement Change Management initiatives to improve engagement and support project success.
- Track progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to senior leaders.
- Labor Model Integration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with the Process Engineer to ensure that labor models reflects real-world operational needs.
- Gather insights from store visits, pilots, and field feedback to recommend model adjustments.
- Support global rollouts and change initiatives that drive consistency and productivity.
- Productivity & Performance Insights
- Analyze store performance trends and operational drivers to identify opportunities for efficiency and improved service.
- Support the development of operational playbooks, best practices, and productivity frameworks.
- Help translate data and KPIs into actionable guidance for stores and field leaders.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Training
- Work with Retail Training teams to develop materials that help stores understand new processes or model updates.
- Partner with Product teams to support the adoption of scheduling/forecasting tools, focusing on user experience rather than technical configuration.
- Champion field‑centered design and operational simplicity across all productivity initiatives.
- Impact on the Organization
- Operational Excellence: Enhances store efficiency through strong processes, clear communication, and improved adoption of productivity tools.
- Field Experience: Strengthens trust, partnership, and usability of the labor model across markets.
- Customer & Employee Impact: Ensures stores are staffed effectively, improving service quality and team experience.
- Scalable Growth: Helps mature labor processes globally and prepares stores for evolving operational demands.
About You
- 5 years of optimizing retail processes; 1–3 years of Retail Store/Operations experience preferred.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects, including governance, alignment, and executive reporting.
- Skilled at relationship-building, with a proven ability to foster collaboration, influence, and partner effectively across functions.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data and bring others along in the process.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at working in a dynamic, team-oriented business landscape.
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $110,000 - $162,000 per year
.
We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
