As we scale our UGC writer ecosystem in the US market, we are looking for an Operations Associate – Acquisitions to join us immediately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can collaborate effectively across teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the AE program network for English UGC writers.
• Partner with internal teams to activate the AE network for targeted writer acquisition.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to schedule experiments, support launches, and analyze performance metrics.
• Establish efficient operational processes to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role.
• Exposure to sales or cold outreach is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and operate in both synchronous and asynchronous environments.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive team mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
