About The Role This isn’t a typical Business Operations role.

You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Analyst to manage end-to-end payment operations and core business processes. This role involves handling high-volume transactions, ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and improving operational efficiency while maintaining strong compliance standards.

What You’ll Do Payment Operations

• Manage deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
• Monitor transactions across banks and payment gateways.
• Ensure timely processing within defined SLAs.

Reconciliation & Controls

• Perform daily reconciliations across bank statements, gateways, and internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain reconciliation trackers and proper audit trails.

Risk & Compliance

• Support document onboarding and verification processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reporting.

Process Excellence

• Handle operational workflows while maintaining SLA and quality standards.
• Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Prepare MIS reports and structured operational dashboards.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

• have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in payment operations, reconciliation, or transaction processing.
• Understanding of banking/payment systems and transaction lifecycle.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

• Turnaround times (TATs) for key processes are consistently met
• Errors during processing are kept to a minimum
• Financial losses (including recoveries and related leakages) are minimized
