The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) Team provides consulting and direction regarding employee relations matters to managers, leaders and employees across our corporate lines of business. Key objectives include legal compliance and adherence to Apple policies is met in a consistent, objective and fair fashion that fosters the Credo. This is accomplished by a deep partnership with the Centers of Excellence’s (COE’s).
Description Apple's Employee Relations Business Partners conduct sophisticated investigations, provide advice and direction regarding employee relations (ER) matters to executives, managers, and employees across the organization. Key objectives include ensuring legal compliance and adherence to Apple policies is met in a consistent, objective and fair fashion. To meet these objectives, Employee Relations Business Partners partner closely with the People partners, management, Employee Relations Leaders, as well as Employment counsel in working sophisticated employee relations cases.

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
