Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Operations Manager will oversee operational efficiency and excellence across teams while driving process improvements. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, maintaining budgetary control, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. The role also involves analyzing metrics to develop and implement strategies for operational success, as well as coordinating with leadership to achieve business goals.
