Role Overview
We are looking for a Demand Solutions professional who can operate at the intersection of
Demand Business, Product, and Engineering
.
Unlike a pure account management role, this position focuses on solving structural and technical challenges within the demand ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with Demand Management teams to understand business pain points and convert them into scalable product-led solutions.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, comfort with technical systems, and an understanding of how programmatic advertising infrastructure operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between Demand Management teams and Product/Engineering
- Translate business challenges into structured product requirements and technical briefs
- Drive execution of demand-side integrations, feature rollouts, and workflow automation
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and build scalable solutions
- Work closely with Product Managers to define scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Analyze performance data to uncover optimization opportunities
- Support the troubleshooting of complex demand-side issues requiring cross-functional coordination
- Document solution frameworks, integration processes, and operational workflows
- Contribute to roadmap discussions by bringing business-context inputs into product decisions
Who Should Apply
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Ad-tech solutions
- Technical account management
- Demand-side operations
- Product-facing business roles
- Basic understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, bidding logic, targeting, performance metrics
- Experience working closely with Tech and Business Teams
- Ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Strong, structured problem-solving ability
- Comfortable understanding APIs, integrations, and system workflows (coding not required)
Preferred:
- Engineering graduate (Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related discipline)
- Experience transitioning from technical roles into business-facing environments
