Senior Manager - Procurement Infra

Designation : Senior Manager - Infra Procurement

Core Areas: Negotiations & Contracting, purchase of civil, electrical, plumbing, related goods and services , different type of storage systems & fitout equipments

Key Responsibilties:

• Own end-to-end MEP procurement: Electrical (HT/LT), HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, ELV, DG/UPS
• Drive sourcing strategy, vendor empanelment, and standardization across mother hubs
• Lead RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contracting
• Ensure on-time procurement and execution to meet aggressive hub launch timelines
• Deliver cost optimization, value engineering, and strong TCO outcomes
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, warranties, and AMC contracts
• Ensure statutory, safety, and audit compliance across locations
• Partner closely with Projects, Design, Facilities, Finance, and Legal
• 5-7 years’ experience in MEP procurement within warehousing, logistics, or large infra setups
