Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for one or more Agile teams.
Ensure Scrum practices are understood and followed, coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and mindset.
Support Product Owners in effective backlog management, refinement, and prioritization aligned to business value. Delivery & Execution
Track and communicate team progress using metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
Proactively identify and remove impediments, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as needed.
Help teams plan and execute sprints and releases with a focus on quality, predictability, and continuous delivery of value. SAFe & Scaling Practices
Support SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
Promote alignment with SAFe principles, ensuring teams contribute effectively to program-level objectives. Coaching & Continuous Improvement
Coach team members on self-organization, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
Drive continuous improvement by facilitating effective retrospectives and implementing actionable improvements.
Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and feedback within and across teams. Stakeholder Management & Communication
Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders regarding team status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Help manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and foster strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.
