Job Summary As an Associate in the GEO Risk Reduction team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating risk management and estimation practices across Global Equities Operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, surveying GEO’s risk landscape and partnering with stakeholders to develop effective strategies for mitigating operational risks. In this role, you will leverage your deep operational expertise to identify, measure, and address risk, ensuring the team’s continued success and resilience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to a variety of business processes and risk frameworks. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
