About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior People Data Scientist to join our growing People Analytics team in Bengaluru. In this influential role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex People data into advanced, actionable insights that strategically shape our global people strategy. You will lead the exploration and analysis of complex, large-scale datasets spanning the entire employee lifecycle—from sophisticated predictive modelling for hiring and onboarding success to deep-dive analytics on engagement, leadership development, high-impact retention drivers, and workforce planning.
