About The Role The primary focus of this work will be working with our Generative AI Chatbots and associated tooling, ensuring that these provide a smooth and cohesive user experience and that they meet the requirements of the business. As we work to extend these bots to become more intelligent, there will also be work with other teams on ensuring that everything integrates correctly.
Additionally, there will be support required for other items that the Customer Services Solutions teams are working on around Generative AI, including integration of Generative AI solutions into our standard tooling, such as Oracle Service Cloud.
