About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Associate Director for Business Finance & FP&A to lead key financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, combining deep financial expertise with a commercial mindset to drive performance, optimize resource allocation, and support data-driven decision-making. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes while owning relationships with cross-functional business units.
