Job summary
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Go or Java on the backend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.
What you will do
Build and maintain responsive user interfaces with React.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using Go or Java.
Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
What you will have
5+ years backend engineering (Java or Go)
Strong data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems knowledge
Proven system design experience (scalability, reliability, APIs)
Experience with relational databases, caching, messaging (Kafka)
CI/CD, automated testing (unit, integration), version control (Git)
Observability: logging, metrics, tracing (e.g., New Relic, Splunk)
Secure coding, performance tuning, and best practices mindset
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, service meshes
Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Nice to have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure as code
Event‑driven architecture and streaming patterns
Experience with feature flags, blue/green or canary deployments
Open-source contributions or technical blogging
