What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying trends in student reading and writing performance through AI analysis, converting these discoveries into innovative approaches that redefine English language instruction and literary interpretation.
• Building AI-driven instruments that respond to unique learning preferences, rendering grammar comprehensible, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary critique approachable for learners across all proficiency levels.
• Creating flexible learning sequences that adjust dynamically, leading students from foundational phonics through sophisticated text interpretation, guaranteeing each individual advances at the most effective rate.
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary group of educators, language specialists, and AI professionals to expand the possibilities of language instruction, directly shaping the educational experience of thousands of students.
• Converting both classic and modern literature into engaging, AI-augmented learning experiences that educate students while simultaneously sparking their enthusiasm for reading and writing.

• Overseeing conventional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction and learning within our accelerated educational model.
• Operating independently—you'll be integrated into our collaborative team advancing the cutting edge of AI in English education.
• Concentrating exclusively on theoretical concepts—each AI model you create will tangibly influence how students comprehend and utilize language competencies in practical contexts, entirely within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities Achieve quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in competency acquisition across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all delivered through our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning using the LLM APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
