About The Role
The Senior Analyst - Customer Solutions Strategy & Insights serves as the strategic bridge between customer needs, product priorities, and delivery outcomes. This role ensures that customer requirements are translated into scalable product solutions, measurable outcomes, and clear prioritization, reducing misalignment and rework. They bring structure, insight, and analytical rigor to decisions that shape what gets built, prioritized, and scaled.
A Day in the Life
Key Responsibilities
Customer → Product Translation
- Synthesize customer requirements, feedback, and delivery pain points into clear problem statements and outcome definitions
- Ensure customer needs inform product and platform priorities, not bespoke implementations
- Act as a strategic partner to Product by grounding roadmap discussions in customer impact
Strategic Analysis & Decision Support
- Define and track adoption, value realization, and customer outcome metrics
- Establish benchmarks across data quality, implementation performance, and product usage
- Provide leadership with structured insights to inform prioritization, trade-offs, and investment decisions
Pilot Strategy & Outcome Measurement
- Support pilot programs by defining success criteria, measurement frameworks, and scale decisions
- Analyze pilot outcomes to determine whether initiatives should scale, pivot, or stop
- Ensure pilots translate into durable product or process improvements
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Create shared clarity across CS, Product, and Engineering on what success looks like
- Reduce misalignment by anchoring discussions in data, outcomes, and customer value
- Improve decision velocity without adding process overhead

Requirements
- 3-5 years in analytics, consulting, product ops, or customer strategy roles
- Strong analytical, problem-structuring, and communication skills
- Experience working at the intersection of customer-facing teams and product organizations
- Comfortable influencing without owning execution
