Service Innovation Engineer
Job Description Job title: The Service Innovation Engineer is responsible for guiding multidisciplinary projects and collaborating effectively with diverse specialists to ensure successful project implementation and drive impactful change, working under limited supervision. The role streamlines processes and optimizes resource utilization through advanced process analysis techniques. The role plays a pivotal role in evaluating service innovation concepts and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maximizing ROI. The role serves as a trusted subject matter expert, provides consultative guidance to colleagues, and fosters knowledge sharing and informed decision-making.
Your Role
You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)
Minimum 5-7 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Service Delivery or equivalent OR 3-4 years required with Master's Degree.
How We Work Together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
