Office of CFO, Associate

The CFO at ThoughtSpot is looking for an Associate to work on a full time, short term basis to accelerate programs and to support projects to help Finance Department become a center of excellence for the company.

What is the Role:

• Provide leverage to execute follow through on programs and operations to advance CFO priorities
• Assist in validating data to help the finance team such as benchmarks, third party comps, and public company data.
• Support projects in working directly with CFO to rebuild reports and data tracking to support overall company information management
• Accelerate data collection for operational systems micro processes to enable change in more efficient operations built with upgraded SAAS work or with new AI applications.
• Act in concert with CFO to follow up on projects with cross functional stake holders to ensure that actions are closed and overall teams are operating with Intensity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or STEM field
• 1+ years of experience of business operations or business analysis
• Proficiency in excel and Google workspace tools; Curiosity to have learned how to apply AI tools to work.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communicator; Organized project management; Orientation to produce results

Hybrid Work at ThoughtSpot

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in India - Bangalore.

Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
