Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart. The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering for backend and distributed systems, with a sharp eye for design, user flows, and end-to-end product behavior. It would be a big advantage to have experience in platform engineering and hardware qualifications. Candidates are expected to have very strong debugging skills and automation experience, preferably in python. They should be able to define and own quality strategies for complex distributed system architectures, design robust test frameworks, and drive quality across a wide team.
About The Team The FleX team is a critical engineering group within Nutanix’s R&D Platform organization, dedicated to providing a seamless hardware enablement and qualification ecosystem that allows both Nutanix and its external partners to qualify new hardware components and platforms independently

Work Arrangement Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
