Senior RPA Developer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior RPA Developer who brings strong hands-on experience with UiPath and modern automation tools like Playwright. In this role, you’ll design and build smart, scalable automation solutions that streamline processes across enterprise systems. The right person is someone who not only understands RPA architecture inside and out, but also enjoys working with modern web automation frameworks to create reliable, efficient solutions that truly make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions using
UiPath
- Build and maintain advanced web automation frameworks using
Playwright
- Lead end-to-end RPA lifecycle: process assessment, solution design, development, UAT support, deployment, and production support
- Architect reusable automation components and libraries
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization best practices
- Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine automation requirements
- Conduct process feasibility analysis and automation ROI assessments
- Mentor junior developers and enforce development standards and governance
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with security and enterprise architecture standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production bot issues in a timely manner
Basic Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath REFramework
- Experience building web automation solutions using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript preferred)
- Experience with selectors, DOM manipulation, and dynamic web applications
- Solid understanding of API integration (REST/SOAP)
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments
- Version control experience (Git)
- Familiarity with secure credential management and role-based access controls
Other Qualifications (OQs):
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of DevOps practices in automation environments
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
