Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and innovative Motion Graphic Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will create visually stunning and engaging motion graphics and animations that bring our stories and campaigns to life. You will collaborate closely with design, video, and creative teams to conceptualize and produce high-impact content across digital marketing, social media, advertising, and branding platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing: Edit base assets into multiple high-impact variations by extracting key moments and optimizing content for engagement.
Audio-Visual Integration: Seamlessly stitch audio elements with visuals, ensuring synchronization, clarity, and storytelling impact.
Transitions & Effects: Introduce creative transitions, motion effects, and enhancements to elevate overall video quality.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the ACD and creative team to understand creative direction and implement feedback.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure all assets meet brand and quality standards before final delivery.
Asset Adaptation: Repurpose and optimize existing assets into multiple formats and styles based on performance data and marketing insights.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in motion graphics design or video editing, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital media.
Strong portfolio showcasing impactful motion graphics, animations, and video content.
Understanding of performance metrics for video content to support data-driven creative decisions.
Use Gen AI tools (e.g., Veo3 and similar platforms) to prompt, generate, refine, and stitch AI-driven motion assets into high-quality, cohesive video outputs aligned with creative briefs.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and related motion design tools.
Editing & Animation: Strong command over audio syncing, transitions, visual effects, and storytelling through motion.
Attention to Detail: High precision in editing and visual consistency for seamless final output.
Creative Thinking: Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual narratives.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
