Product Management- Senior Manager- Gift Card

Role Overview

We are building a scalable Gift Card Issuance Platform and are looking for an experienced backend Product Manager to be a part of this initiative. This role will focus on designing and scaling the gift card issuance system and will require deep expertise in developing complex backend systems, integrating them with in house and external platforms, payment and settlement flows and cross-functional execution across all levels of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Gift Card Issuance Platform within the Gift Cards portfolio.
• Design and manage backend product workflows involving multi-system integrations, including internal platforms, third-party vendors, and merchant systems.
• Drive integrations with brands, resellers and corporates , ensuring smooth money movement, reconciliation, and Transactional flows.
• Work closely with engineering, business, operations, legal, compliance, and external partners to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Define product requirements, write detailed PRDs, and manage the product roadmap and prioritization.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and compliance with regulatory and financial controls.
• Act as the primary product stakeholder, managing dependencies and aligning multiple teams toward common goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior product experience specifically with gift card issuance systems/ B2B space (highly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with multi-system and third-party integrations , including merchant integrations.
• Solid understanding of payment gateway flows, money movement, settlements, and reconciliation .
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution in large organizations.
• Hands-on experience with partner API integrations; familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and API documentation.
• Exposure to Backend product development.
• Proficiency in using Product Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.
• Good analytical mindset with working knowledge of analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Basic understanding of SQL is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and deliver results.
