Role Description

As a Target Security Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and the asset protection of the store. Daily responsibilities may include patrolling the store, deterring theft, responding to safety incidents, operating surveillance systems, and collaborating with team members to uphold security procedures and emergency protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Selma, NC.

Qualifications

• Skills in safety management, surveillance monitoring, and theft prevention
• Ability to maintain composure in crisis situations, de-escalate conflicts, and handle emergency scenarios
• Strong communication abilities, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude
• Attention to detail, decision-making skills, and the ability to quickly assess and address risks
• Relevant experience in security, asset protection, or law enforcement is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or safety are advantageous
