We are expanding internationally and looking for a Production Manager to lead high-quality audio production and help deliver compelling storytelling experiences to millions of listeners.
Role Overview
The Production Manager will work closely with voice-over artists, sound engineers, studios, and internal production teams to create high-quality audio content. The role involves managing production schedules, improving show quality, and ensuring engaging listener experiences across all stages of a show.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of producers and audio production leads.
Manage recording sessions, sound design, and post-production workflows.
Oversee scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing of shows.
Analyze show performance and identify improvements to boost listener retention.
Collaborate with content teams to plan production resources and timelines.
Provide feedback and guidance to voice talent and creative teams.
Contribute ideas to improve sound design and production quality.
Support category managers in managing production budgets and planning.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in audio production, TV, media, or content production.
Hindi and fluent English communication skills.
Strong understanding of audio production workflows.
Experience working with voice talent, studios, and production teams.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
