As an Associate
Manager Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of Partner requirements. Your primary focus will be on managing and coordinating the execution of various integrations to ensure their timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
You will be the driving force behind cross-functional collaboration and effective communication, ensuring that milestones and activities are synchronized across multiple teams. Your contributions will directly impact project outcomes and the overall success of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Project Management
: Lead the end-to-end project management process, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring that tasks are well-defined, resources are allocated appropriately, and timelines are met.
- API & Technical Integration Management:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for reviewing and troubleshooting third-party API integrations using tools like Postman, cURL, or browser developer tools to ensure seamless data flow.
- Documentation & Specification Analysis:
Lead the review of partner API documentation to translate technical specifications into actionable product requirements and project milestones.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve technical interdependencies and integration bottlenecks to maintain project timelines and optimize system performance.
- Cross-Team Coordination:
Collaborate closely with different teams to synchronize project activities, resolve interdependencies, and facilitate efficient resource utilization. Foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment to drive shared goals.
- Milestone Tracking:
Monitor project milestones and deliverables, tracking progress and addressing potential delays promptly. Ensure that projects stay on track and align with overall program objectives.
- Communication:
Regularly communicate project status, updates, and risks to the management team and stakeholders. Provide clear and concise reports that highlight accomplishments, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or outcomes. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges proactively.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree: Engineering / Commerce preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of Experience in the Payment Gateways domain is mandatory.
- Experience troubleshooting third-party integrations using tools like Postman, cURL, or browser developer tools.
- Payment gateway/Aggregator knowledge mandatory.
- Proven ability to interpret API documentation and understand technical architecture to drive product requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Capacity to understand the big picture while also paying attention to detail. Ability to align project outcomes with overarching organizational strategies.
- Strong process orientation; ability to find efficient solutions to problems and automate tasks
- Thrive in fast paced, agile environments, and able to learn new areas quickly
- Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
