About the Team

The Fundraising & Partnerships team at Navi works with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to secure capital and funds & to establish tech backed partnerships (like co-lending) essential for driving the Lending business. Their efforts ensure that the business has the financial resources needed to support and expand Navi's lending offerings, ensuring smooth operations and sustainable growth.

About the Role

As part of the Co-lending and Partnership Business team, you will drive the scale-up of Navi’s lending partnerships with end-to-end ownership across partner onboarding, engagement, and execution. This is a front-facing role that works closely with internal teams and external partners to unlock growth opportunities, improve funnel efficiency, and build scalable, compliant processes. The role offers exposure to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with scope for people leadership as the function evolves

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end partner onboarding by coordinating across internal & external stakeholders (Business, Credit, Ops, Fulfillment) for seamless onboarding of lending partners.
Engage regularly with lending partners to resolve operational and strategic issues, enabling sustained scale-up of business volumes.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit and Business to identify and unlock funnel improvement opportunities.
Provide operational support to run the lending partnerships vertical, including identifying key issues, diagnosing root causes, and setting up SOPs to address them.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and continuity while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
Actively coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth, while continuously raising the bar on the quality, rigor, and ownership of deliverables.

Must Haves

Proven experience in leading and managing end-to-end, high-impact initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
High attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bonus: Knowledge of writing simple analytical queries, automation and process streamlining
