We are seeking a
Senior Inside Sales Lead
to drive
strategic outbound sales
, lead generation, and early-stage customer engagement for Neysa’s AI and GPU Cloud offerings. This role demands a
hands-on sales leader
who can execute outbound strategies, build scalable inside sales processes, and nurture a high-performing team.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying enterprise opportunities, leading outreach strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to convert prospects into high-value pipeline opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in

Cloud, AI/ML, and GPU infrastructure domains

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outbound Strategy
- Own and execute end-to-end outbound sales, from prospecting to qualification and appointment setting.
- Design and implement strategic outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and digital channels targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Drive pipeline creation through value-based conversations and solution-oriented engagement.
- Leverage market insights and account intelligence to build targeted outreach for key industry verticals.
Sales Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and manage a small, high-performing inside sales/SDR team; provide coaching, training, and performance guidance.
- Partner with enterprise sales, marketing, and solution architecture teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline conversion.
- Align with marketing to optimize campaigns, messaging, and outbound cadences for better conversion.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to effectively articulate Neysa’s value proposition in the context of AI infrastructure.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene across all stages of the funnel.
- Analyze lead flow, outreach metrics, and conversion data to refine inside sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, insights, and improvements to support growth targets.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build and sustain relationships with prospects, channel partners, and resellers to expand Neysa’s reach.
- Support go-to-market activities with GSIs, ISVs, and technology ecosystem partners to drive awareness and joint opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in Inside Sales / Business Development within enterprise technology, cloud, or SaaS.
- Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management in Cloud, AI/ML, or GPU infrastructure domains.
- Experience in solution-based selling and managing enterprise-level conversations with CxO and technical decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, GPU computing, and AI/ML ecosystems.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and scale a small team of inside sales representatives or SDRs.
Nice-to-Have / Coachable Skills
- Exposure to AI infrastructure, LLMs, and MLOps workflows.
- Experience working within enterprise cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven success in building inside sales processes or scaling early-stage teams.
- Ability to design outbound playbooks, cadences, and messaging tailored to enterprise personas.
