Position Summary

The candidate will lead Samsung Health platform in India and additional App monetization initiatives.

About Samsung Health:

Samsung Health is a comprehensive health and wellness platform designed for Samsung Galaxy users. It enables users to monitor various activities, including exercise, food and water intake, sleep patterns, and heart health, offering a holistic approach to personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Leadership: Lead the Samsung Health Platform in India, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new user acquisition, monthly active users (MAU), daily active users (DAU), user engagement, and monetization strategies.
• Business Development: Identify, onboard, and integrate new partners to enhance the Samsung Health ecosystem and drive monetization / revenue. Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners.
• Product Development: Collaborate with Samsung R&D teams to define and implement the product roadmap, including the introduction of new features and UI/UX enhancements.
• Marketing Strategy: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives to boost user engagement and retention.
• Industry Insights: Conduct thorough industry analysis to stay updated on emerging trends and integrate relevant features into Samsung Health.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Samsung teams, including Legal, Finance, and Commercial departments, to handle contracts, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Innovation Leadership: Evaluate the commercial potential of new business ideas and concepts. Lead the end-to-end execution and commercialization of promising business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: MBA with 8-12 years of experience, preferably in business development or marketing roles.
• Business Expertise: Candidates with experience in Health-tech organizations/ roles preferred. Should have proven track record in business development and partner relationship management. Prior experience in revenue ownership is advantageous.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of business objectives reliant on technical outputs.
• Initiative & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage relationships effectively with stakeholders.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
