About The Team At Nutanix, you will be joining the Systems Engineering team, a globally distributed group that thrives on autonomy and innovation. You will report to a hands-on manager who prioritizes mentorship and collaboration - dedicated to fostering your personal and professional growth. The work setup is primarily remote, with team members connecting from different locations, allowing for flexibility in how and where you operate. You will be expected to work in the office just three days a month, providing a balance of in-person team interaction and remote work. There will also be travel requirements for team meetings and client engagements, ensuring you have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and customers face-to-face.
