Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets.
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Track team performance and implement coaching interventions where needed.
Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to improve funnel efficiency.
Create a performance-driven culture and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including pitch, negotiation, and closures.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (minimum qualification)
Experience: Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in EdTech sales and 2+ years of team handling experience in ED-TECH.
Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to work from our Gurugram office (WFO).
