Category Speed Business Team
is dedicated to driving incremental growth through a reliable 30-minute delivery service paired with a curated branded selection. This differentiated offering ensures unique merchandise for fashion-forward customers. While speed of delivery is a baseline requirement in quick commerce, the availability of the right selection will be a key success factor.
The team collaborates with stakeholders across category, central planning, business finance, business analytics, and supply chain, and is primarily responsible for accelerating the growth of this model.
As an
Associate – BPC
, you will serve as the primary bridge between our platform and the brands our customers love. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory—from brand outreach and sourcing to ensuring the right products are available in MNow Darkstores. Your mission is to scale selection, optimize fulfillment models, and pioneer new categories to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with leading and emerging brands to build a strong product pipeline.
Strategic Sourcing & Inventory
Lead sourcing strategies to maintain consistent stock levels and ensure high-demand products across the MNow Darkstore network.
Operational Onboarding
Manage technical and commercial onboarding of brands across multiple fulfillment models.
Category Launch & Expansion
Own the go-to-market strategy for new product categories, including setup, pricing, and initial sell-through.
Selection Optimization
Use data-driven insights to curate the optimal product mix for different micro-markets (Darkstores), minimizing waste and maximizing GMV.
Skills
Strong understanding of trends in the
Beauty & Personal Care (BPC)
industry, with foresight into upcoming shifts.
Ability to combine competitor benchmarking with real-time data to launch high-velocity categories and secure first-mover advantage.
Experience in customer growth or customer analytics roles is a plus.
Quick learner with adaptability to dynamic environments.
Team player, comfortable collaborating across multiple disciplines.
Working knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, QlikView, or Data Studio is advantageous.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Fashion Management.
2–4 years of experience in fashion/brand management (fashion, e-commerce, or quick commerce preferred).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and operational dashboards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior exposure to the fashion or BPC industry is a plus.
